The University of St. Gallen, Switzerland – a leading University in Business Administration, Economics, Law and Social Sciences – seeks to appoint a

Full Professor of Strategic Management

by February 1, 2011 or mutual agreement.

The holder of the tenured and chaired position will be active in research and teaching at the University of St. Gallen and will occupy a leading position on the Executive Committee of the Institute of Management (IfB).

We are looking for an outstanding scholar with a proven track record in the following areas: research, teaching, and managerial impact. Accordingly, the candidate has an internationally recognized publication record in leading academic and practitioner-oriented journals, is able to design and conduct courses on various levels, and has a good understanding of topics of managerial relevance.

The University of St. Gallen is a member of CEMS and PIM, and is accredited by EQUIS and AACSB. Our faculty is well known for its ability to integrate relevance and rigor across our activities. The University is striving to increase the number of women and international scholars among the faculty.
