At the Institute of Management of the Sant'Anna School of Advanced Studies (Pisa, Italy), we believe that management research has its greatest value when it combines scientific rigor with the capacity to address the complex societal challenges facing organizations. Our research spans sustainability, innovation, healthcare, entrepreneurship, and responsible management, with a strong emphasis on generating knowledge that is both academically excellent and relevant for practice.

This is why we are proud to support the Academy of Management's Organization and the Natural Environment (ONE) Division for AOM 2026. We share ONE's commitment to advancing research that helps organizations contribute to a more sustainable, equitable, and resilient future. Across our research projects, executive education, and collaborations with businesses, public institutions, and civil society, we strive to bridge rigorous scholarship with real-world impact.

This vision also shapes our PhD in Management – Innovation, Sustainability and Healthcare (https://www.santannapisa.it/en/training/phd-management-innovation), which prepares the next generation of scholars to conduct internationally recognized research while engaging with the major societal transformations of our time. We believe that the future of management scholarship lies in combining methodological excellence with meaningful engagement, making ONE a natural community for our faculty, researchers, and doctoral students.

We are delighted to support the ONE Division and contribute to a community that shares our ambition to advance management research for the benefit of organizations, society, and the planet.
