    Dear Colleagues,

Our research team, sponsored by E4S, the joint-venture of the University of Lausanne, HEC Lausanne, IMD and EPFL, is organising an accounting hackathon (hereafter Accathon), entitled: Measuring the Unmeasurable:  Sustainability Accathon in Rome October 12-13, 2023 (4pm - 4pm).

The aim of the Accathon is to tackle the following challenge: how can we measure corporate social performance in a credible and impactful way?

For 24 hours, we will engage in activities to co-create tools to better account for the social dimension of corporate sustainability/ESG. We believe that you can make a significant contribution to the event and therefore we would like to invite you to respond to our call for action. To participate, please visit our website and submit a short proposal using the application form.

During the Accathon, we will further develop your proposals and exchange ideas on innovative tools to evaluate corporate social performance. Further, we will co-create practical solutions to address the challenge within an international and interdisciplinary environment. Last but not least, this will all take place in Rome!

The event is free to attend for selected participants and we will cover transportation costs (from within Europe), one night of single-occupancy accommodation, and vegetarian meals during the event.

Deadline for the submissions of the application: 31 May 2023

We are organizing a Q&A session on the 19th of May11 am CET to address any questions related to the application process. Please register in advance for this meeting using this link.

If you have any questions, please contact us via email: accathon@e4s.center.
For future updates about the event please monitor our website and LinkedIn page.
