    The Management and Organization Department at Loyola University Maryland's Sellinger School of Business and Management is seeking applicants with expertise in sustainability management for a tenure-track position at the Assistant or Associate Professor level beginning Fall of 2023. 

     

    The ideal candidate must have expertise in sustainability management and experience or potential to teach courses in the areas of sustainability and international business. Candidates must have completed a PhD in management or a related field or be ABD with an expectation of completing their PhD by August 2023. The candidate will be expected to teach courses in our undergraduate and graduate programs through multiple teaching modalities (e.g., face-to-face, online synchronous, online asynchronous). The course load is 3/3 per academic year after a reduced course load in the first two years. Candidates will also be expected to publish high quality research on sustainability issues in management (or related) journals. 

     

    The Management and Organization Department combines the fields of organizational behavior, strategic management, sustainability, and international business. Our faculty have published in top journals such as Human Relations, Human Resource Management, Journal of Applied Psychology, Journal of Management, Journal of International Business, and Strategic Management Journal. Many of our faculty serve on journal editorial boards and have serve in leadership roles various professional societies. The department offers a number of MBA concentrations and three majors at the undergraduate level.
