See symposium details HERE Is health everyone's business? Business and health are intrinsically connected. From occupational health with its emphasis on the well-being and productivity of the workforce to community health issues that address the health of consumers and surrounding populations, business can only thrive if their stakeholders enjoy good health and well-being. Yet business scholars have mainly paid attention to the health of internal stakeholders such as employees and executives and the management of healthcare organizations through public health policy and regulations. This symposium intends to open a place for discussion of the role of business in tackling human health challenges and the impact of business on the health of external stakeholders, including consumers and communities. Furthermore, this symposium will be a springboard to propose a research agenda for business and management scholars interested in health and the advancement of the United Nations' Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) for not only SDG 3 on Good Health and Well-being but also related SDGs such as SDG 2 on Zero Hunger and SDG 13 on Climate Action. In light of the symposium theme, we will also briefly introduce a Business & Society call for papers for a special issue on "Health is Everyone's Business: Embodying Business-Health Research."Paper Presentations:1.
