You are receiving this message because you have either served as an Academy of Management general volunteer in the past, or expressed interest in doing so this year. As you finalize your schedule for the 2025 AOM Annual Meeting in Copenhagen, Denmark, please include time to join us as a Career Services volunteer! This year's Career Fair activities take place in the Bella Conference Center. As a bonus, AOM will provide a meal voucher for Career Service volunteers who can give at least two hours on days worked!
Volunteers are needed during the following days/times times (please feel free to volunteer for as many, or as few, hours as you like):
Friday, July 25 – 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Saturday, July 26 – 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Sunday, July 27 – 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Monday, July 28 – 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
You may sign up for your chosen volunteer time(s) using this sheet-- please include your full name and email address in the day/time slots for which you would like to volunteer (so that we can send you necessary updates and communications). If you prefer, you may reply to this email with your volunteer days/times and we'd be happy to add you to the schedule. We have slots for both experienced and novice volunteers, so please remind us if you're a returning volunteer or first-timer.
