We invite you to join our March Storytelling Session, a free monthly event organized by LEAP! (Leverage resources, Expand awareness, Accelerate change and Partner) ,the PRME Working Group on the Sustainability Mindset.
The March Storytelling session, moderated by Isabel Rimanoczy, will feature Presenter: Dr. Ashish Pandey, Associate Professor with Shailesh J. Mehta School of Management (SJMSOM) in Indian Institute of Technology (I.I.T.) Bombay, Mumbai. Ashish completed Fellow Program in Management from Management Development Institute, Gurgaon, India.
His research is in areas of spiritual climate of business organization, Interface of Yoga and Positive Psychological outcomes and the interface of business and society. In June, 2017, he is conferred with AIM2Flourish Teacher award by Fowler Centre in Case Western Reserve University, Cleveland, USA for his work with his students on 'Business as Agent of positive change'.
Ashish's research papers, inventory and approach notes have appeared in journals and periodical like Journal of Business Ethics; Business Ethics: European Review, Pfeiffer Annual of training and consulting; Social Responsibility Journal, Global Business Review; Psychological Studies; IIMB Management Review, Time of India etc.
Ashish has been regularly engaged with various organizations and institutions for leadership and organization development work. His major long term Management, Leadership, Organization Development and Institution Building programs in last few years have been with organizations like ACG Worldwide, Anchor by Panasonic, Axis Bank, General Mills, Torm Shipping, Shipping Corp of India, VFS Global etc. and institutions like IIM Ahmedabad, Institute of Chemical Technology, Matunga, Bhimrao Ambedkar Technology University, Lonere, KIIT University, Bhubneshwar, Walchand College, etc.
Presentation: What Happens Yoga Based Practices is Integrated in Management Teaching?
Ashish has integrated Yoga based practices in his teaching in MBA and systematically examined the outcome of this approach. He will explain the various positive psychological outcomes of this process which results in building sustainability mind-set amongst MBA students.
