Tenure-track Faculty Position in "Business and Society"

ESADE Business School, Department of Society, Politics, and Sustainability

ESADE Business School seeks to appoint a tenure-track faculty member at the rank of assistant professor in the area of "Business and Society". The successful candidate is expected to join ESADE in September 2020. Candidates should have a PhD at the time of joining ESADE in the areas of Sociology, Business & Society, and/or the Socio-Political Context of Business. S/he should also show a clear potential and motivation to publish in high quality journals. Excellent teaching skills are expected, since she/he will be in charge of core courses on Sociology at the undergraduate level and on Business & Society at the Master of Science level. There can also be opportunities for elective courses in different programs, including MBA and Executive Education programs.

The deadline to send applications is October 15, 2019.

First informal interviews will be held at the Academy of Management Meeting in Boston.
