Bring your sports clothes to Boston! The ONE division is hosting two sports events at AOM this year. You can decide between a relaxed run or a yoga session in the morning. Post-workout bananas will be provided.
Dates: Saturday (August 10th) and Monday (August 12th) morning
Time: 7.00-7.50am
Instructors: MJ Ni Ilknur Tekin (yoga), Andrea Prado and Sylvia Grewatsch (run)
