If you focus on the confluence of these three perspectives, please develop a workshop, panel, or presentation about your work and submit it to LEADING AT THE EDGE--the 22nd global conference of the International Leadership Association being held next November in San Francisco.

As chair of the conference, I am working closely with those who lead our Sustainability Leadership community as well as with those convening our new stream on Indigenous and First Nations Leadership, as we all know the core importance of these voices. Among the topics we want to see addressed are -

    • Decoloniality & the Work of Indigenous Leadership

    • Indigenous Leadership on the Protection of Land, Waters, & Climate Change

    • Exploring the Intersection of Social & Environmental Justice

    • Centering Indigenous & Multicultural Wisdom in Leadership for Sustainability

    • Sustainability, Leadership, & Systems Change

    • Restorative/Regenerative Leadership and Design

If you have questions about the ILA, the conference, or submitting, please contact me or the conveners of these streams:

Sustainability Leadership - Conveners: Natalie J. Coers, natalie.coers@gmail.com, Lecturer of Global Agricultural Leadership Development, Agricultural Education and Communication, University of Florida; Paul Kosempel, paul.kosempel@du.edu, Associate Director & Teaching Professor, Pioneer Leadership Program, University of Denver
