    OPEN RANK TENURE-TRACK POSITIONS IN STRATEGY / OB / HR

     

    The Nanyang Business School (NBS) at Nanyang Technological University, Singapore (NTU Singapore) invites applications for open rank tenure-track positions in the areas of OB / HR / Strategy with the Division of Strategy, Management and Organization (SMO).

     

    Qualifications

    Applicants should possess a Ph.D. degree from a recognized university and have an outstanding research record or work in progress in top-tier journal publications. In addition, applicants have to show evidence of teaching excellence at undergraduate and/or graduate-level.

    Successful candidates will be offered a competitive salary commensurate with their qualifications and experience.

     

    Division of Strategy, Management & Organization (SMO)

    We are a community of more than 40 international scholars from 15 different countries with PhDs from research-intensive universities, including Columbia University, Duke University, Michigan State University, Stanford University, Texas A&M University, University of Cambridge,  University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign, University of Maryland, University of Minnesota, University of North Carolina, University of Pennsylvania, University of Pittsburgh, University of Texas at Austin, and University of Washington.

     

    Distinctive research areas in SMO include culture science, cultural intelligence, global leadership, teams, global talent management, cognitive neuroscience, decision making, corporate governance, corporate social responsibility, international business, information economics, and sustainability. Our research is published in top international journals.

     

    We run three unique research centers in the world:

     

    The Center for Leadership and Cultural Intelligence (CLCI)  leads in generating knowledge, assessments and programs for developing culturally intelligent individuals, teams, and organizations.

     

    The Culture Science Institute (CSI) investigates cultural issues of national and global importance holistically, from brain-based, cognitive, behavioral, evolutionary, and life science perspectives.

     

    The Asian Business Case Center (ABCC) houses more than 150 business cases. It specialises in teaching and researching Asian management and business using the case method.

     

    In addition, our faculty members also partners with and contribute actively to the following research centers:

     

    The Center for Business Sustainability (CBS) creates platforms for interdisciplinary research and engagement on corporate sustainability and responsible business operations.

     

    The Nanyang Technopreneurship Center (NTC) is committed to promoting and nurturing a culture of innovation and entrepreneurship endeavors through technology entrepreneurship education and research.
