Dr. Aray will share her experience teaching with the focus on developing "sustainability mindset" among students.

She teaches social entrepreneurship for master students focusing on developing "sustainability mindset", using the approach developed by Kearins and Springett (2003) for broadening business-students' interest in sustainability based on the involvement of students "in meaningful learning at a personal level".  She invites guest speakers to engage them emotionally through real life stories and has developed criteria reflecting generation Y and Z students' values for choosing speakers to enhance reflection, empathy and sensibility.
