    The recent avalanche of sexual harassment allegations continues to destroy careers and jeopardize businesses. While it's the rich and famous who make the headlines, most sexual harassment charges
    and allegations involve unknown, average workers – maybe even employees at your business. Today, more than ever, companies must reduce risk and minimize liability by educating their employees and
    implementing a proactive sexual harassment policy. Mr. Barron will discuss the current climate facing businesses as well as risk reduction strategies and legal issues surrounding sexual harassment.
