Your role
The role includes holding lectures in finance and performance management as part of HTW Berlin Business School's (Faculty 3) degree programmes, especially in the BA programme Business Administration and the English-taught BA and MA programmes International Business. Additionally, the role requires the willingness and ability to hold lectures in English, acquisition and implementation of research projects in applied sciences and active participation in academic self-administration.
Your profile
We are looking for a candidate with a PhD to represent the field of expertise in teaching and research. Applicants are expected to dispose of the following qualifications:
a degree in business administration or a related field of studies
pedagogical and didactical skills (i.a. in eLearning) are required and to be proven through prior teaching activities. HTW Berlin provides services to further qualify prospective applicants in teaching and didactics.
several years of professional experience in the corresponding field of expertise
relevant experience in research ideally proven through publications
Desirable qualifications:
experience in big data in the financial sector, sustainable finances, performance management and/ or supply chain management
