The Harvard Business School's Technology and Operations Management (TOM) unit seeks candidates for a full-time tenure-track Assistant Professor position starting July 2025. Please submit a complete job packet by 15 October 2024.
Applicants should have outstanding records in a doctoral program and strong demonstrated potential and interest to conduct research at the forefront of their field. Applicants should conduct research in one or more of the following fields: empirical operations management; new product development; economics and management of innovation; economics of information technology; digital transformation; applied AI/data science and analytics in business contexts; and supply chain management. Many faculty in this department and across the school have research interests at the intersection of business and environment.
Applicants should either be planning to receive their Ph.D. in the current academic year or have recently graduated with a Ph.D. (preferably within the last three (3) years).
