In her talk, Unlocking System Transitions: A systemic approach to actioning complex challenges, Josephine will explore how she integrates cognitive psychology, mental resilience, and systems thinking to bridge the gap between theory and practice in tackling grand societal challenges. She will also introduce the UNLOCK System Transitions, a transformation methodology designed to help organizations navigate complexity and drive systemic change.<u1:p></u1:p>
