SKEMA Business School and the SKEMA Centre for Sustainability Studies invite applications for a position in Sustainability to begin September 2025. The successful candidate will develop and/or lead academic research projects with the aim of publishing in the field's highest quality journals. The position is permanent with a full-time contract. The language of work and teaching is English. Knowledge of French is not required and is not a criterion for selection.

Qualifications must include:
• Hold or about to complete a Ph.D. in sustainability from a world-class institution, with an inter-disciplinary research focus combining knowledge of sustainability with knowledge of a discipline relevant to business schools, such as strategy, management, organization, innovation, entrepreneurship. We especially invite applications from scholars with expertise in environmental sustainability and climate change.
• Strong evidence of recent research productivity and/or demonstrable potential to publish research on sustainability in journals highly ranked on the CABS-FNEGE-FT50 lists.
• Teaching excellence in sustainability or related fields.
• Ability to work as part of a team in a collegial environment.
• Commitment to service and/or outreach activities.
