Under the theme "Writing to make an impact", Wendy Smith (University of Delaware) and Marianne W. Lewis (University of Cincinnati) will share their journey to writing their recent translational book "Both/And Thinking: Embracing Creative Tensions to Solve Your Toughest Problems". Our guests will share how the desire to have a real-world impact shaped their book, as well as how 'both/and thinking' can be a useful framework for early-career scholars to navigate their own impact research and careers.
