We are delighted to invite you to submit papers for the EGOS Colloquium 2025 in Athens, for subtheme #83 devoted to exploring innovative approaches to leadership and leadership development in a rapidly evolving world.

Our sub-theme focuses on "Learning Leadership for Human Flourishing," and centering on leadership as a force for fostering individual and collective effectiveness and well-being in the face of global challenges. Despite growing awareness of the need for responsible leadership, progress remains limited. This sub-theme and the publication opportunities it will provide, aims to advance the debate and practice of on how leadership learning, education and development can drive meaningful change and flourishing in organizations and society.

We invite papers that critically reflect on the transformative potential of leadership, with a particular focus on creative learning processes, sustainability leadership, and approaches that move beyond traditional economic models. This is a unique opportunity to engage with a vibrant community of scholars dedicated to shaping the future of leadership studies by supporting the development of leadership of the future and for the future.
