Dear Colleagues,
We are pleased to invite interested scholars to participate/present in our third annual "Biophilia Effect" symposium at the Academy of Management 2025 Annual Meeting, taking place July 25–29 in Copenhagen, Denmark. Building upon our successful symposium sessions from previous years, we aim to continue fostering a rich dialogue on how connections to nature and biophilic design can shape workplace attitudes, behaviors, and well-being (see last year's symposium attached).
Symposium Focus
Our session seeks to explore a broad array of topics related to nature, biophilia, and biophilic design within organizational settings or with relation to the world of work. Examples include (but are not limited to) the impact of natural environments on employee creativity, stress, task performance, and sustainability-oriented behavior. Submissions with theoretical, empirical, or practical implications for management research are all welcome.
