    Dear Colleagues,
We must all be thinking about traveling given recent postings!  Allow me to join in!
This summer (July 15-28, 2021, tentative dates) I am planning a faculty inspection tour in Costa Rica to refresh my "International Perspectives in Sustainable Business" course. (I've been taking student groups to Costa Rica since 2009). This time,  I invite you to consider joining me!

Having just finished Andy Hoffman's new book, Management as a Calling, we could exchange ideas about how to integrate people and planet dimensions into our management teaching through field experiences in Costa Rica.  For those who haven't yet led students on international field components, you could gain some first-hand tips  about how to lead an effective international experience. And there is always the river rafting....
EduTours is coordinating the visit. It is a new, Costa Rican company formed by Christopher PIcado Quiros, the former director of educational tourism for EARTH University, and his wife, Ingal, who previously worked for an international tourism company. See their website here: http://www.edutourscostarica.com/index.php
We are working together to put together an itinerary that will be very economical and customized to specifically look at sustainable business, and sustainability dimensions more generally.
Please contact me if you have an interest or pass along the invitation to other AOM members.  l look forward to sharing details with you!
    Best,
    Deb
P.S. I am receiving no monetary or other compensation for this visit or the participation of others.
