Our Global Leadership for Sustainability (GLfS) piece, which reviews the literature and presents a leadership paradigm that we feel is necessary for the transformation and the continued success of organizations focusing on sustainability and sustainable development, is now available online.
We've also created the GLfS Survey, which can be used to assess the GLfS model for organizations, leadership teams, specific leaders, or GLfS leader development.
I would appreciate any feedback you may have concerning the survey as a measure of leadership for sustainability. Also, I'm willing to work with you, or any of your colleagues, on a project that includes the survey to help analyze the survey data, as I believe that no sustainability model will get much traction unless it can be measured and used for further research as well as applied in practice.
