    Applications are invited for the post of Senior Lecturer (Teaching-focused) in Human Resource Management and/or Organisational Studies in the Department of Human Resource Management and Organisational Studies, within the School of Business and Management. This is a permanent position.

    This is an exciting opportunity to join a group of leading international scholars in the areas of Human Resource Management and Organisational Studies. The Department has a highly collegial ethos and has recently re-located to newly refurbished office accommodation. We provide teaching across a range of Undergraduate and Postgraduate degrees including a specialist MSc in Human Resource Management.

    You will hold a PhD on a topic within the areas of the post. You will have extensive experience of teaching and assessing Human Resource Management and/or Organisational Studies at both Undergraduate and Postgraduate levels. You will also have a record of scholarship in the subject. This is a teaching-focused post and you will have a strong commitment to delivering excellent teaching and be able to work flexibly as part of a team in the delivery of teaching and assessment, as well as undertaking appropriate administrative duties. You should be committed to innovative teaching methods and course design, including virtual and blended teaching and learning, and place strong emphasis on student employability.
