The Anderson School of Management at the University of New Mexico invites applications for a one-year Visiting Assistant Professor in the Department of Organizational Studies. The appointment begins no later than August 10, 2020. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching courses at the graduate and undergraduate levels in strategic management depending on primary field of study. While this position is not on a tenure track, the successful applicant will be expected to participate in some departmental decision making and be active in the Anderson School and related community service.
The Anderson School is AACSB accredited. Its management programs enroll approximately 1,000 undergraduate students and 500 graduate students. The School emphasizes collaborative student interaction, active adult learning, team experiences, and scholarship that draws upon a variety of methodologies and subject areas.
