Dear fellow ONErs and, specifically, dear fellow PhD students,

We are launching the first Sustainability PhDs Community, open to all PhD students whose interest lies at the interception between organizations and the natural environment.

We think that now, more than ever, it is important for young researchers to not feel isolated and to keep and develop relationships with peers. For these reasons, with the support of the ONE Division of Academy of Management and of GRONEN, we would like to create a community among PhD students working on topics related with organizations and the natural environment.

The idea is to provide feedback on each other's work, get to know each other, find new collaborations, share opportunities and initiatives relevant for our field, find new conference buddies and build long-lasting relationships.

We will launch the community with a virtual kick-off event on Friday 29th of May at 12 am EST. We will introduce each other and define the logistic and structure for the next meetings and the opportunities ahead. The main idea is to meet once a month and discuss the work of one or more community members. It will be a space self-organised by students. Faculty involved for special sessions such as "Meet the editor" and "Navigating the Job Market".

If you are interested in joining us, please, fill out this form and we will contact you soon with more details!

Feel free to share this initiative with other PhD students who might be interested in joining.

    Hoping to meet you soon!
