Dear early career scholars,
Join us on the 2nd of December 15.00 (CET) for the GROW!EarlyCareer event on jumping into (and through) the job market!
We will have a great panel of guest speakers who will help us covering a wide variety of job orientations and approaches that hopefully would be of interest to all of our participants. Prof. Jonathan Pinkse (University of Manchester), Dr. Valentina de Marchi (University of Padova), and Prof. Nicole Darnall (Arizona State University) will first discuss several broader questions including tips and tricks for moving in different institutional environments. After this moderated discussion, the audience and the panel can engage in discussion and Q&A.

The GROW!EarlyCareer events are an initiative that GRONEN (The Group for Research on Organizations and the Natural Environment) is initiating – partly motivated by the lack of community-building opportunities during the last year and the developmental spirit of GRONEN. The idea of the events is to offer a platform where early career researchers (primarily PhD and early postdoc/assistant professors) have the opportunity to discuss a range of career-development topics together with 2-3 experienced researchers. The format is a comfortable, informal and semi-structured 1.5h online panel debate. We are planning four events each year, so keep an eye on our website and social media for the next events!
