The Management Department of the College of Business Administration at Loyola Marymount University invites applications for a tenure-track position specializing in Business Ethics and Sustainability at the rank of Assistant Professor or Associate Professor, starting Fall 2022.

https://pa843.peopleadmin.com/postings/47564 The Department invites those with research and teaching interests in one or more of the following areas: moral philosophy and applied ethics (business ethics, environmental ethics, development equity and justice issues); corporate environmental management; environmental and social sustainability; corporate social responsibility; environmental science and management. Interests in a secondary area within the management discipline are also invited, preferably in the areas of social entrepreneurship, strategy, international business, or alternative economic systems. The successful candidate would primarily be expected to teach an upper-division college core course covering CSR topics, titled "Business Ethics and Sustainability." Additionally, there is room for the candidate to develop and teach an elective course related to their research and expertise. Teaching load is competitive for R2 institutions. Opportunities exist for summer research grants, underwritten travel to professional conferences, and other international travel. The appointment involves teaching at both the undergraduate and graduate levels as well as active involvement in the LMU Institute for Business Ethics and Sustainability.
