The Strategy Department at IE University´s Business School https://www.ie.edu/business-school/ invites applications for tenure-track positions in Strategic Management, effective September 2022. We are looking for candidates with a PhD in Management or a closely related discipline. Candidates should have the ability to publish in top-tier peer-reviewed international journals, to teach core and elective strategy courses, to interact and work closely with faculty from other disciplines, and to provide intellectual leadership in the area. Salary is competitive and commensurate with qualifications and experience.
Our department faculty members have a diverse set of research interests, and have published in top academic journals including the Academy of Management Journal, Strategic Management Journal, Organization Science, Management Science, Journal of Management Studies and Journal of International Business Studies among others. They have won prestigious research grants like the ERC Starting Grant and the Marie Sklodowska-Curie fellowship. In addition, our faculty includes an Associate Editor of the Academy of Management Journal and Editorial Board members of Strategic Management Journal, Journal of Management Studies, Academy of Management Discoveries, Academy of Management Perspectives and Strategic Organization.
